Thanks for the suggestions. I did double check that it was in neutral and it does shift. I talked with the mechanic that winterized it and he is thinking it may be a relay to the starter as everything worked fine when it was winterized. I will let you know when/if I figure it out.

Power issue

Hello, I have a mercruiser 350 that when i turn on the key I don't get the alarm sound for the gauges nor does the engine turn over. I do have power to the radio, lights, blower, etc. I have replaced the batteries and looked at all the fuses that I coud find. Does anyone have any other suggestions t...

So you would use a DA sander and then a very fine sandpaper to get the skum off then use a polish? What grit do you recommend? I have sharkhide to protect it.

I was looking at that product. I have a 25' 8" Southbay.. It looks like the product is rather pricey how much can you expect to use on the toons? Pictures would be great.. Does it work as easy as they advertise?

Cleaning Toons

Has anyone used the product called Krud Kutter to clean the skum line off their toons? I used it on a little area with a wet sanding block for drywall and it cleaned it pretty well however it left little scratches. I am not sure if I want to continue to use the block if it is going to leave scratche...

Sagging Cover

Hi Guys, Does anyone have a solution to a problem that I have run into. After several hard rains my mooring cover has started to sag in a few spots and now collects water easily. Does anyone know of anything that will keep the cover up all around the toon. I currently have 5 poles running down the m...
