Well I joined a couple of months ago but at the time I was still looking for a Toon. Well just last Saturday Jan 24th, my wife and I drove 3 hrs south to Fresno and bought a '96 21' Sea Nymph with a Rude 50 2 stroke. Yes I know it's underpowered and not a 4th stoke but considering it's condition, I figured I can always repower later.
I'll be taking it out this Sunday on her maiden voyage in the Sacramento Delta where some of my kids with their boats will join my wife and I. This Toon will serve as the "HQ" where we'll be BBQ'ing and used as the diving/swimming platform for the family.
Here's a picture from the ad. I'll update pics of our outing later next week.
