New Pontooner

Hey guys. Supposed to take delivery of a new Bentley 243 on Tuesday. I'm in S.C. and 15 minutes from Lake Keowee and roughly 30 to 40 minutes from Lake Jocassee and Lake Hartwell.

I've been mainly lurking for almost 4 weeks which was right after I placed the order. I am new to pontoons, and I have already picked up a wealth of information from this site. Usually check this site several times per day. Thanks for everyone's contributions. I'm sure I will have some questions.

Welcome, sounds like a clone of mine. You didn't buy it at oakwood did you. Watch turning sharply at high speed, the strake really dig in.
Any way you are going to love that boat.

Thanks. What happens when the strakes dig in on sharp turns at high speed? I looked at T&S in Oakwood, and was originally going to order it from there. Ended up ordering from Captain Dave's because it was so much closer for when I need service.
