My new pontoon/project
I bought a 2006 Lowe Suncruiser 240 trinidad. It has triple pontoon and a 2003 Mercury 115 two stroke motor. It was previously owned by a bass fishing club and they converted it to haul two 320 gallon tanks with quick release 12" valves that go through the side of the fence to release the fish. The furnitures where abouts is unknown but I got a really good deal on the boat. I have ordered new furnture for it from pontoonstuff.com and am looking forward to getting it up and running. The carpet is not in the best of shape but I am going to clean it to the best of my ability and wait until this winter to replace it. (anyone that has undergone replacing their carpet I would like to hear how tough the job is?) Also, I would love to hear from other owners of the Mercury 115 two stroke as to how they run, anything I need to keep an eye on, and dependability. I will try and post a picture on this post of the pontoon with the tanks on it.

Re: My new pontoon/project
great find, the boat looks good. I bet the company that had the boat has the seats somewhere stacked in a corner of their shop. But you will enjoy this boat!!

Re: My new pontoon/project
Its cool when a boat has a history, like yours. Congrats, and welcome! I replaced my front lounge seats with some from pontoonstuff.com. Great seats, the forum, not so much...but some good info on rebuilds.
