Hi everyone. I'm 32, married and have been boating since I was 10. We started out with my dad's fish 'n ski and later I got a highly modified waverunner, which I just sold. I just bought my 2013 Premier 220 SL PTX w/ Evinrude 200 HO in December as a leftover new model. I drove all the way to GA to pick it up since it was priced for less than a Suntracker with a 150. I actually found it on my old PWC forum of all places (greenhulk.net). I've taken it out once and have been modding it for summer ever since. I've autocrossed and road raced cars so modifying things is an addiction for me and half as much fun as it is using them. It came loaded with everything including a full seagrass floor, but it had a base stereo and only one battery. The LED upgrades already had switches in place and I was able to pull the side skirts off and find the unused wiring in the harness. The wiring was even labeled for H2O lights, CTSY Lights, SKRT Lights, etc. The quality of the harness is impressive.
My parents are close to 70, having health issues and I mainly bought it to spend more time with them and my wife. I'm extremely happy with the pontoon and the handling is simply amazing. These things have come a long way.
Added:
Matching voltmeter
Hourmeter
LED skirt lighting
LED underwater lights
LED courtesy lighting and under seat perimeter lighting
Added blue sea second 12v outlet @ 15 amps
Added blue sea usb charger
Added second battery and switched to Deka AGM's and Blue Sea battery switch
Upgraded feed to helm with #4 AWG pos and ground leads
Switched main fuse, power steering and added aux power over to marine circuit breakers
Installed Kenwood bluetooth marine receiver
Installed 4 Infinity marine 6.5" speakers (only came with 2 speakers)
Kenwood marine amp
Alpine subwoofer amp
Polk 10" marine sub w/ custom enclosure
Lowrance Elite 5 HDI
Planning to strip the toon coating and polish them with a co-worker that owes me for detailing his mustang. The poor guy has no idea what he is for....
