Rich... 24 mph was what i got the last time i checked with gps... that was a couple of years ago... wouldn't be surprised if it was down a mile or two now... as far as the prop, not sure of the pitch... but I know it's a 3 blade aluminum.. We cruise Lake George (BIG lake in upstate New York...)every year with a full boat (8 people. it is tight though...) and it does well. I think it is the perfect size...
