Mooring or Play Pen Covers

I recently purchased a 2015 Fish and Cruise Xcursion 21' pontoon. The play pen cover (mooring cover) is not waterproof and takes too much time to put it on and off each time I go out. Since it rains here every other day (Vermont) I want to keep it covered on rainy days. Is there a waterproof cover on the market that is easy to install and remove? Would appreciate any info.
