I'm a lifelong boater that just acquired my first pontoon. It is a 1999 Aqua Patio 210pe. It has a little wear and tear on it mainly because it just sat mostly unused for the last 5 or 6 years. The price was right so I couldn't say no. :biggrin2 I always loved pontoons since growing up on my grandfathers 70s Crest.
We have a boat we keep in northern MI that we use for weekend trips on the big water. Looking to keep the toon closer to home in southern MI for use on inland lakes during the week after work.

Some dock rash and seat seams coming apart are the worst of the issues. Has a four stroke Honda 35 on it that seems to run great after a tune up, new battery and some fresh gas. Carpet has bit of a moss problem. The morring cover is in decent shape with just one small hole. Planning on patching that up and seeing if we can get another year or two out of it. Stereo is shot from sitting in the rain I think. We are going to see about getting the seats stiched up for now and maybe do a full redeck with new seats in a year or two. Not crazy about the aqua color so I think we will change everything over to more of a tan color.

The bimini top was shredded and is the first order of business. We were baking in the sun this past weekend and really needed some shade. I've been looking at Overtons and pontoon stuff for replacement fabric only. Leaning towards Overtons at the moment. Still have a couple of local canvas shops to contact before I pull the trigger. Any advice on top replacement?

Thanks. I hadn't seen topmaster. They have some good prices.
The overton's top was even less after the $50 off coupon so I ordered their Sunbrella top. We will see when it gets here. If I don't like it I know they have a good return policy.

I like Overtons a lot and usually shop there when I get a 20 % coupon in my email...

So I bought the Sunbrella top from Overton's. It's not bad. The fabric is good, but the zippers and stitching are not the greatest. It is nowhere near the quality of the top that came with my Four Winns.
The boot cover came apart at the seam after only a few days of use. I contacted Overtons' and am sending it back for a replacement.
In the meantime I did some digging and found out that these Overton's Bimini tops are made by the same company as Topmaster.
