Pontoon Boat & Deck Boat Forum

After owning a 20' Sea Ray bow rider and getting tired of getting pounded on our busy lake every weekend, I'm about to take the plunge and join the pontoon boat family

I'll be taking delivery on a 2017 Sweetwater 2286 in the bar configuration. I'm hoping the 25" Tritoons and Yamaha 150 will give me enough speed and performance to make me not miss my Sea Ray too much!

I hope to learn a lot here and hopefully contribute as well.

you'll leave bow riders in your wake when the seas pick up, they'll be jumping in your wake to help them, and no more submarine duty!!
