Pontoon Boat & Deck Boat Forum

Hello All I am new the board and new to boat owning we just purchased our toon a few weeks ago, going the boating route after several years of camping. We got a 2010 Harris Cruiser 20' with 50hp Merc 4 stroke (debating on the upgrade of the motor before taking the boat, I'll post that in the main forum please give your advice) Looks like a lot of knowlegable people, looking forward to good avice for this newbie.

Some more info would be helpful. is it a tritoon or just 2 logs does it have strakes? if it does not have either and you want some kind of speed out of it i wouldnt go any bigger then a 90.
