New to the site and just looking for info on buying a pontoon boat... Been looking through the posts, man there are some really really nice boats!

Welcome aboard. Where are you from? Where will you being using your boat? Yea you can spend any amount you want to on one. I was looking at a new Bennington a few days ago 53K out the door 90HP Merc. Dreaming I guess. A used boat makes for a good starter.

thanks for the welcome, no boat yet, We rented one and now need to own one lol. We bought a ski boat a few years back and basically ended up taking a 6k loss, motor blew and the ass end of the boat was cracked and patched. So now we are looking into buying a pontoon boat. looking for 22-24 foot one(6kids) But doing research first!! i have a ton of questions...And we will be buying used...Well i think so anyways...

6 kids= 24ft and probably 150 or higher tritoon...........as the kid grow they can tube ski wakeboard or about anything.
As they get older.............hey pop let's trade this 60hp in for something we can ski behind. might as well get it starting out
