THE FLOATER IS GETTING A REBUILD courtesy (pontoonstuff.com)

For those that don't know. I have received a total rebuild of THE FLOATERS interior (details here viewtopic.php?f=2&t=15314)

well like Herb stated "I never win anything" and to win something of this magnitude is very humbling.... :bowdown :bowdown
I ordered all of my parts with Annette who is the office manager. She helped me choose the correct size for my cover as I had chosen one too big which she explained would grab the wind and rip it up. She even changed the color for me when she realized they started carrying burgandy ones.
I had everything shipped to my work as the flooring was coming in freight and I didn't want to take the day off work.
I received everything on Friday except for the helm and bimini which I will get next week.

I only have a couple of pics so far I will update Monday or Tuesday when I have more time to check everything out. The seats are awesome nice and firm and super lite!! You have to bolt the seats to the bases, but this makes shipping so much easier for them and lets them protect the vinyl with sturdy plastic gaurds. I think I will save close to 800 or more pounds getting rid of my 20 year old waterlogged wooden seats. The carpet looks fantastic also. I gotta run just wanted to update with info that I had.

The only bummer is I probably won't get started with tear down for 2-3 weeks because of the weather and daughters gymnastics season which is in full run right now.
Updates to follow.

Thanks Red will do :alright ...It'll be a couple of weeks before we start demo. I am thinking about putting all the seats together first and then hauling them down that way. Just haven't decided yet. I really wish we had a covered trailer instead of an open one,

And to think that instead of reconditioning my 85 Starcraft, I just bought a new Bennington. (Of course I still need a new lower unit on the Yamaha 115 hp.)

Those seats are awesome.

Well I hauled everything home. It all fit inside my cab or bed and my bro's 16 ft trailer, except for two corner backrests.

I went ahead and chucked everything in my garage for now. I still haven't decided to build first or haul to lake in boxes and have the women folk put them together as us men do the heavy lifting.

I did piece together one front bench to see how she looks.

Very good quality! Very thick and firm. Highly impressed, now we need to get down there and start the demo!

I think my order should have been placed today, she called my yesterday when I was in Sam's shoping, I told her I had it on my list but she couldn't pull it up, when I got home I found I could send it to her so I did, that's where I got the link to post my list too.

I didn't know if my bucket would fit in the seat :rofl so I went with the bigger ones, looks good and if that's all the damage you had done, your in great shape.

I got stir crazy last night and put together the captains chair\cooler.. I was sitting on it watching tv drinking a brew in the living room and Admiral Paula says " I sure as hell hope you don't plan on leaving that there" I said nope and into the garage it went.

Very comfy.. It was missing one washer which I had plenty to replace it with.

May not even need a second cooler as huge as this thing is and it has a built in drain plug which will be facing the starboard rear once it is one the Toon so it should make draining easy.
