She is running this year! We should be able to get together! yeah yeah I figured you had been out! Was thinking about this weekend but to bummed out about my little boat buddy to go yet. Next weekend is the 5k at arrowhead, so the weekend after that and memorial back to back! We may be trying a run to Osage Bluff on the 17th. Either way we should be able to hookup. Berry Bend is halfway for both. Usually we don't go past z hiway bridge but no that the toon is lighter maybe we won't burn so much gas!

I am sorry to hear about your buddy they become a part of the family real easy. I know about the Z Hi way bridge that's as far up the lake as I go usually, but I added a new 24 Gal. tank this year so who knows. I had a 12 & 24 tanks before now I have 2 24's about 150 mile range now. I don't know if I'll be back down before the Holiday or not but already have a slip at Osage Buff for that weekend.

wow that is some range! The only time I have actually made the trip to Osage Bluff is the very first day we ever took it out on Truman 6 years ago! Everyone thought I was crazy taking an unfamiliar used boat on a 60 + mile round trip! That was before the rebuilt motor and LU and all the heavy furniture. I had less than a 1\4 of a tank left.. Everyone want's to make the run to see the carp and goldfish. At least I hope they are still there. Should be able to get better gas mileage this time around. :prayer

Yes they are still there. Didn't know that they where a big thing, but there just outside of the door for all to see. The kids love to feed them and I always get a big kick out of the kids.

THE FLOATER is ready to go. I was flying solo so did not take her out, but man oh man is she ready!

Started and ran it on the house 4 different times over the two days. :coffee :coffee (just to make sure after last year) :)

All railing bolts tightened down, seats cleaned using the 303 I got for xmas from my daughter (using the special pontoonstuff.com has on it), seat storage done to my liking... (the kids did stored everything last time down)  both batteries fully charged and I even got the trailer guides on. My camera was acting up and I didn't know the trailer pics didn't take till I got home. I only have one box left from my parts and it has my LED's and cleats that is it! I don't think I will put the windshield on the console though I am still trying to decide? Not sure if we are going to get to take her out before Memorial Day Weekend or not, although The Admiral did mention we didn't have anything going on the 17th...... 8)

Woooooooooooooooh hoooooooooooooooooooooooooooow! :nana :nana :nana 3:39 Saturday launch damn rain! It was fantastic though! We were out for 3 hours Saturday and way over 6 on Sunday. Man what a day! Coming in on Saturday as I was jockeying to load on the trailer my left turns started jamming OH NO! Brand new transom cracked on the outside board what the hell, 3 hours and bad! Admiral was ready to pack it in forever! Well I couldn't have done it without my guests and my bro and his bro inlaw, but we replaced that transom in 5 hours! Thank god for my scrap PS plywood! :nana :nana :nana Trying to heft a 500+ pound motor on the fly was interesting but we did it. I actually lowered where I drilled the hole for the top bolt seemed to work fine on Sunday. Made a 54 mile round trip to the closest REAL beach at my arm of the lake. After I pulled up to the beach another toon pulls up and hollers CRAIG! Capt Redbeard! Kenneth spotted THE FLOATER and followed me in. It was great meeting him and his toon looks great that thing was set up for everything! He even had a playpen on it and the kids were sound asleep with all the beach comotion. The best part was my grandaughter was saying there was no way she would ever get on the tube, well my wonderful daughter talked her into it "really slow papa and no turns!".... :alright :alright :alright Then she went with her mom and let me go faster and start swinging her a little, I can't wait till next trip. The new load guides from PS were fantastic! one shot and on! :nana Sunday we had to use our backs and bump it over 2 inches, but we were loading 2 wide which we have never done before. Thanks for everyones help! What a relief I was letting out woops the whole weekend. The only bummer was no speed gain. I hear water in the toons but haven't addressed it. I hit 20 with 9 people and 18 with 11. Not complaining just hoping for more. On the way back on Sunday everyone was out except me that made me smile as a successful trip. BTW the cooler flip flop is awesome holds way over 100 beverages to start the day.... :drink4 :drink4 :drink4 The slope were I park the toon is perfect for the drain, unplug it and drains right under the rail! Here are some pics
