I'm in the process of stripping our 2003 Sun Tracker Party Barge 200 to install new plywood and a vinyl floor. Plan on ordering from Pontoon Stuff.
I have everything off except the fuel tank, helm and carpet, and was doing some measurements.

I thought that I would just lay the 5-sheets of plywood(trimming around the motor area) and bolt them down. WRONG! I have to use a 19"x8' piece in the middle of the floor. :?
The z-channels on ours are spaced for:(bow to stern) 4'x8', 19"x8', 4'x8', 4'x8', 29"x~32"(each side of motor) There are other z-channels but they are not configured so as to do it any other way. WTF?
Just wondering why they would do it that way and not just use full sheets? :donno

Oh yea, it only has 5/8" plywood on it from the factory, except the piece under the fuel cell, which is just over 1/2"!!(cheap bas :censored's)

Rant over...

They do some weird stuff... I have a 95 Sundancer and the front piece of plywood was 5x8... Didn't know that even existed. So I had to two piece it.

Mine was 5/8 as well... Secured in by those T slots on top of the crossmembers... So we have to cut those off and grind them down to accommodate 3/4...
