Fixin up the old Neptune

Not a complete restore but I sure feel like it is $$$. I am taking care of some neglect from the previous owner. I've had this boat for a couple years now and I decided its time to start showing it some love. These pictures are the before. The top half of the seat was redone by the PO but he never cleaned or protected them and he left it outside 24/7. You can also see he used automotive speakers and you probably cant tell in the pics but there are 3 different brands of speakers.

So the first order of business was to have the seats fixed and new speakers.

Then Last night I installed flush mount LED Nav lights. I havent wired them up, or removed the old ones yet. I will get more pictures up when I do.

Thank you all for the encouragement.
Tonight I ordered a replacement captain chair, moved the battery to the back, added a secondary battery, and installed the new top. I don't have any before pics of any of it but the top was shot and the original battery location was under one of the seats.
Oh I ran wires for the new Nav lights too.
Pics are too big. I'll resize and post in a minute.
Here is the seat I ordered.

Who did your seats? They look awesome! We have a 2005 Suntoon whose seats are not wearing too well. We have been curious about our options.

It was a local guy that does upholstery. He lives in Jeffersonville Indiana if your interested ill send you his number. I paid just under $1000 for all of the bottoms of the seats to be re done. The top half was already done by the previous owner. The captain seat I purchased complete.

I wanted to do some more to it this winter but we sold our house and bought a bigger place with a smaller garage so being busy moving and not having the space put a dent in my plan. Oh well. It will do till Fall 2018.

Thank you for the information. We're in Florida now (used to live in Indiana!), so I'll have to check with a local upholsterer. Yours looks great!
