Same!luckily my dad moved to where we live,we bought a house 2min from us...best year in 30 even tho it was in and out of hospitals, rehab and nurse homes.

My wife is now cooking and cleaning FOR HER MOM (hour a day after work) so she can spend more time , she is also 2 min from us also

ETA added her mom to above to clear it up

Not much share :(

EXCEPT THAT STRIKHEDONIA HAS A NEW HOME!!!

We closed a few hours ago on some property at lake and a slip.
Slip is uncovered but that is okay for now, hope to fix trailer so I can bring her home for a couple quick mods and a pressure washing.

New slip is 10 min and 1 cove away from present location.
Deeded slip will be paid off in 5 years of normal slip rental fees. So that was cash well spent.

Property will be several years from building a get away place due to lots of work needing to be done to land...bubbly is in freezer.

Will post some pictures later...I miss the water moar now

The brown truck delivered my Brownspoint marine box with carb and intake gaskets to rebuild carburetors this weekend ( low speed sputter and miss, I never winterized here and Ethanol sucks )

After that I need to install the old radar I picked up and then hopefully be ready for 4th of July weekend :thumbsup

All in all, looks like you had a good weekend!

We did Saturday and Sunday with some friends. Easy cruising and some water time. Great days with great friends - so blessed.

We saw some people on Saturday that came down to our place last year and they couldn't fathom they would have to swim down 5 ft to get to the top of the 20' bluff they jumped off of!!!

 wow

4th started off great! Went down to boat slip and met up with some friends to spend the day on the water for dinner and fireworks. Backed boat out of slip and headed toward the concrete ramp to load up coolers, table chairs etc...went to put boat into reverse and NOTHING happened... NO reverse. I yelled to get out of the way I cant stop!! and proceeded to pull up on ramp about 5ft.

Checked out pontoons they looked fine and since we are of the old skool...said &^%$*-it and loaded up, we all pushed boat off and spun her around and off we went, just being careful
