Great info here. I just bought ours and noticed the bounce too. It also looks like the part the front of the boat is tied up against has mover forward. I have about 3 or 4 inches of bunk sticking out the back so Im going to move mine back and see if that helps.

Yep I have to strap my front down also. If I do not the front bounces and the winch eventually becomes loose.
