Go to westmarine.com and look for anchor chocks and accessories and you will see the rail mount I have. It wont work like it shows as you have a square rail. I drilled two holes in the rail and mounted it. I have had it there for years with no problems. It holds the fluke type anchor out of the way but easy to get to when you want to use it. The long link above is for it. It's not cheap at 42.00 but it works and keeps your anchor out of the way.
