looking to buy a used suntracker party cruiser was wondering what was the biggest outboard avail 150?

There's more than just the brand name needed to determine proper loading.

Pretty sure the max outboard they put on them was a 115 Merc. I had an '06 Party Cruiser that had a 3.0 liter Mercruiser, 135 HP.

Its a party cruiser after all. It isn't going to break any speed records anyway. IMHO anything over 115 is going to be wasted. Its a displacement hull basically so it will go so fast and that's it.

Yep, my PC maxed out at 18 mph, going with the tide and with the wind. Didn't buy it for speed, bought it because it's capacity for bikini and bikini-less women..
