Back when I first got THE FLOATER in 2007, old timer Lloyd (LAKERUNNER) put up a post that I use everyear at this time. The damn lower unit screws kinda suck finding the perfect screwdriver for and trying not to strip, well Lloyds tip, use the old fashioned tire iron with the flathead on the end. It and the LU screws were meant to be. I have never had an issue since.
I thought I would pass this on as I am sure he has forgotten it by now!
