After buying my 2015 2086 Sweetwater in May of last year, the dealer and I took it for a shakedown. We discovered that the gas gauge was stuck on "E" and only worked if you tapped on it a number of times. We decided to worry about it at the end of the season.
Before the end of the season, the dealer stopped handling Godfrey boats so I was kind of stuck because the next closest dealer was 100 miles away.
Over the weekend I received a post card from Godfrey to take a survey. I took the survey yesterday and I made comment of this situation and asked if someone could contact me. I didn't think I would hear from them.
This morning I received an e mail from Godfrey asking me to confirm the serial number of my pontoon and that they would send a new gauge ASAP direct to my house. Even the postage was free.
For once I'm pretty impressed with the fast, positive response from any manufacture I've dealt with in the past. Now I hope I can change the gauge without too much drama.

Re: Godrey Marine Help
Good to hear. Perhaps it has something to do with Sweetwater/Godfrey being owned by Bennington now
