That's more the point of what I was making. Although there was a mixup you came through and corrected it, at a cost of more than the shipping in question. That is taking full responsibility for something you initially did not know about. I wish all PRESIDENTS would do that.

I want to thank Mr. Myers for making this right. I knew this should not be a problem as I`ve had nothing but a great experience with them before. I plan on continuing buying from them in the future. Thank you Sir!

Way to step up to the plate Mr. Myers. I wish corrections were made that quickly and satisfactorily where I work. Class act for sure.

Thanks everyone.

Glad I was made aware of this so it doesn't happen again.

Just want to say publicly, Thank You to Mr. James Myers and his crew. Seats were exchanged and I now have the finishing piece of furniture for my ongoing project. If I can figure out how to upload pics I'll try to get some posted. Thank you again.

James,
I ran a customer service business for 35 years before retiring.

Sadly, nobody can guarantee that an issue won't happen.

It only becomes a problem when someone doesn't deal appropriately with the issues.

Seems to me as if you dealt with this appropriately as soon as it was brought to your attention.

Taking responsibility for it as you're the Boss and thus responsible for anything and everything that goes on there is admirable and sadly is lacking in far too many businesses these days.

I'd think that'd go a long ways with any reasonable person.

Thanks for doing your best to run a decent business.

I for one will be sure to order from you given your actions concerning this.
