I'm not going to be much help...
My frame was OK so I was looking for a replacement cover. The crazy number of slightly differing descriptions--or lack of descriptions--turned me off of eBay for this. I bought one of the "universal" covers (4-bow) off Pontoon Stuff and it's well-made and fits tight. Cost just a little more than eBay but still way less than OEM or most catalogs.

Bugs:
Years ago, I bought one similar to this off ebay. While the frame isn't anywhere near as stout and heavy as an OEM bimini, it worked well and did it's job. I used it for 3 years without any problems. To my knowledge, the new owner of the boat is still using it.
The only "complaint" I had was that the storage boot that it came with faded rather quickly in the sun.

I bought the heavy duty one from Pontoonstuff many years ago, with Sunbrella fabric. GREAT top for the price and has taken quite a bit of abuse (sitting open at the dock for months on end) and has barely faded in over 5 years.

Bugs,
Not sure where you’re located, but I just removed a 4 bow square tube frame off my boat last week (my boat needed a new Bimini top as it was old, cracked and faded). I replaced mine with a heavy duty Bimini from pontoonstuff.com as well. I believe the one I removed is 1” square. If you’re anywhere near Chicago area you can have it. If you’re not local enough I would highly recommend the one from pontoon stuff. They’re extremely nice and I installed mine in about 1.5 hours start to finish. Hope this helps
