Look at the back of your CD player and see what kind of inputs you have and then go find a cord that has two outputs that will fit into your CD player and the other end has a input for a USB or go buy a new CD player with a USB

Good question....
A USB port has to have a power 'leg' to supply power to the memory stick.
One thing i did have was a little docking station for a USB memory stick. It was battery powered so it didnt need power from the radio, and I connected it to the radio with the external audio input. Worked pretty good. :smoke

You could try one of these, but I have no experience with them as to how they work.

If you radio has auxiliary ports you could also try this.

Most newer aftermarked stereos have an auxilary input on them, either on the front face, or the back. If not, I'd just go buy one for $100 that does, and use that. The cable that goes from an iPod to a CD deck is about $16 at Best Buy.
