Being overwhelmed doesn't explain the delays. When I ordered my boat on April 12 they had enough orders in to keep them busy until it was my turn on June 7. Orders that came in after that don't really matter to me. I don't feel I should have to beg them to sell be something - they should be working for my business and be happy to have it not ignoring me.
The lies and attitude over there worries me.
Don't mean to bash you guys - trying to lighten my mood is all!! LOL
I know my boat won't appear like yours did because they haven't started building it yet.

BTW - when did you order yours?

The fact is....after working your ass off, to finally be able to buy something for you and your family to enjoy, it SHOULD be a happy experience. Once again, if the seller would put him or herself in the buyers shoes........ :nutkick Must feel like getting kicked in the nuts

I ordered my boat April 22 I believe and it came in June 28th abot 3 weeks over do. They are nutty busy and have put themselves in a bad situation as far as filling orders. The guy I talked to named Tom said there suppliers were behind do to wether problems. Your marina might have over promissed as well. As far as the later strap goes, no problem there yet, but my playpen cover has broken 3 snaps already and not at stress points. Very weird, but not a deal breaker.
