New pontoon owner

I think i am fine on length I have a full 29 feet but the height is a ? I think I will be ok if I air down the tires take of the windshield and have 5 or 6 people sit in it to compress the suspension, but it will be close. I am only going in and out of the garage 1 a year. 1 time to put it In for the winter and 1 time to take it out for summer. I wonder if I can go with smaller tires?
