Here is my email traffic on this same subject. I hate to beat a dead horse but wanted to show how simple logic apparently can't be absorbed by this guy. I figure the owner should see it as well........

Subject: RE: PontoonStuff - violation of membership rules regarding email address
This is my only email address and I have had it for over 10 years. It is NOT a business address. It is my personal investment website that is no fee, nonprofit, not even organized, it is just a bunch of friends that hang out and discuss the stock/commodity markets. I run the site (for no fees, no contributions, all out of my pocket. My only return is good discussions with long time friends) and since I have the server and own the domain, I use that as my personal address as does my whole family.
I have never had, nor do I want a spamming yahoo, hotmail or other generic e-mail address. I have my own spam filters on my server and only want to use this address.
If this is still a problem, I will go elsewhere.
Your call.

Forum rules
http://www.pontoonstuff.com/forum/ponto ... 1.asp?PN=1 (part of it) is what you agreed to upon signup. If you don't want to be a member of this site, so be it. May I recommend Pontoon Deck & Boat forums
http://www.pdbmagazine.com/fusetalk/for ... ?forumid=3 and another site that also has no rules and this
http://www.pontoonforums.com/ forum who also has no rules. You agreed to abide by our rules when you signed up indicating you read our forum policies and rules before you joined. So it was your call. Your account will be deleted since that's your preference not to abide by our policies and rules.
Thanks.

Fine, I will buy my new furniture and supplies at Bass Pro and elsewhere. Glad this happened before I dumped a few grand at your business.
Just a heads up, Nardelli at Home Depot and Sears also learned and know me by name, Never tick me off, I am about to alert every investor ( and yes, they own LOTS of boats) to stay away from Pontoon Stuff. Hope you lose millions in sales. Home Depot and Sears did.
Bye,
Lee

That's fine, but we don't bend our rules on the forum (which is separate from the retail business).

My address is NOT a commercial site. You don’t get it, it IS my personal email address. You are not bending rules, you are trying to force someone to use a Hotmail account which IS commercial.
I have already gone to some other pontoon sites and see you along with pontoon.net ban everyone other than your little clique eventually so I guess I should have expected this. Being the first toon I owned, yours was the first site I found, now after digging around I am seeing more. My email address is a private valid non commercial address.
If the forum is separate, they should have different moderators that can understand a simple concept because this is going to impact their business. I will be sure to let them know why it happened after we get this ban going. Sorry to sound childish but investors are like this when we are wronged. We are the evil short sellers you hear about in the news that take companies down and the best part is it is all legal. Forcing someone to change their email address that is not in violation of the TOU rules is stupidity so of course I am upset. My address is Not commercial and from our going back and forth, you have proven that it is a valid address since I am answering you. Therefore, it is not in conflict with your terms of use. What are you not understanding?

This was never answered and I was locked out. Hence how I came here. Better bunch here and yes, I would think that Nazi fits. Forcing others to conform to arbitrary rules with no logic backing them up. Yep fits to a "T"
