Sorry I knew you got some damage and that sucks! We'll be on Dauphin Island permanently within 5 years or so. So I'll join your crowd as well.

It's all good, Craig. It is what it is now. We're just waiting for our rebuild. Looks like we are on the list for (hopefully) the end of April. So many destroyed and so few companies that are "reasonable" for rebuilds. Luckily, we have a neighbor buddy who owns his own dock rebuild company and will only charge us materials and about 1/2 the normal labor cost. Unluckily, he is swamped right now.

Well 4 inches of rain in 24 hour stretch a couple weeks ago shows I need another arch at the stern. It had about 50 gallons of water pooled on it.
The cover held up surprisingly.

Yikes! I had to add another tent pole to the bow - right at the front gate. Had an old microphone stand at work. Put a tennis ball on top of it and not another problem!
I are so damn smart.
