So he fooled 2 dealers into putting Tap Fins on 2 new boats.

Are these the logs that ended up in the scrapyard at Great Lakes Skipper ? We all want to know why that guy has brand new logs with Tap Fins on them for sale on eBay.

Clearly you screwed up someone's new boat enough to have them remove their brand new logs ???

Tell us what happened, thanks. :tofunny

Was it bad glue, bad welds or what ???

Yeah the date on the pictures matches...it was in 2007 when Great Lakes had a bunch of logs with Taps on them. :tofunny

Besides, BMR Fins are the way to go. Vastly superior than scrap metal glued to your logs.

I think I get what he was trying to say with the lift picture though (if I interpreted his Goofybonics correctly).

This is a boat lift, aka a 10 ton travel lift. You should know this if you own a marina. After Tap Fins, you can no longer haul your boat out of the water with one of them. That makes hull maintenance impossible. Hauling out a Tap Fin equipped boat in this manner will rip them out of the log or buckle the log.

Malcom has a history of creating trolls, usually with Disney character names but has recently began using different names, like "tooning around". Too bad his IP and e-mail address match his other troll accounts. I assume his Disney troll accounts have become the laughing stock of boating message boards, so he gave that up.

Like hawking a product, then creating another troll account to come in and post a fake endorsement of his product. Just like in this thread. Another thing he does is have friends of his post fake endorsements of his products instead of providing factual data.

He's got to be the worst salesperson in the histrory of sales people.

So what I'm sayiing is:

Malcom creates a troll account at 8:06 AM and starts a thread about keeping marine growth off of pontoon logs/strakes.

Exactly 13 minutes later at 8:19 AM, another account is created hawking a product to clean pontoon logs, naming said product Malcom wants to sell or wants to assist in selling.

You figure out the rest. Malcom's MO, it's been done before.

I do not know who you think that I am as I just joined this site. My name is Sherman Ginn and I live in Madison, AL. I joined this site for information and enjoyment. I am certain that I will not post often. However, if and when I do, I would hope that each member of this forum would take the post seriously as I would intend it to be. I would appreciate your consideration.
Thank you.

Seriously dude, you are worse than an e-mail spammer. No one buys from them either.
