Storage idea's thought this may be a good idea to see what ideas u guys have on any ideas from tackle to storage containers to anchors. At cabelas I found these bottom bouncer bags to keep them organized. For crank bates I found the 8" special mate boxes at Franksgreatoutdoors.com for 50 bucks they work great. I wish someone made a prop box an anchor box like a cordless drill plastic case to make them less damaging in sliding around under a seat. For my little companion grill by New holland after going to the stores I found a tub at k mart that fits it awesome! So if you guys have any great ideas let the rest of us know.

I like a 50 cal ammo can for a tool box. It is gasketed so the tools stay dry.

the cheap pistol cases make good storage containers. Doskocil and plano are around 10 bucks for the double and if you don't need the foam just remove for more area.

we use an old milk crate to store our mushroom anchors... works well... let's the water run off but yet keeps the anchors secure and out of the way when not in use...

A 10 gallon paint bucket is one of the most used thing on my boat. I throw in my squid and shrimp bait so when the ice melts it dosen't get all over the deck. I toss in my anchor after pulling it up to keep sand off the deck. It's also good to keep small baitfish before I cut them up so they don't take up room in the livewell.

I hang lines on the rail so the dry quickly and are easy to grab when you need one.

My docking ropes stay attached to boat and over the rails and tucked between seats. My anchor I use a plastic milk crate also. Coil the rope then lay anchor on top. when you throw anchor rope flows out and when pulled in the crate keeps it loose and again the anchor holds it down.

This is "How to post a link" click on URL button above, you will then see this open in the posing section then copy your link. Place your curser in the middle between ]l[ like this and paste your link and you should be good to go. You can check your link by previewing post if you care to to see if you've got it "right".

By the way is this the post you were referring to viewtopic.php?f=2&t=6438.

If you like white buckets, check out the ones chlorine tabs come in (swimming pool).
They use a screw on lid. That is better than the snap on lid. There is a tall one, about the size of a drywall mud bucket and a shorter one that probably fits under most seats.

Saw an interesting idea today on a Benny.
The guy had a piece of 4" PVC mounted vertical on the corner of the rail (outside the fence) and he drops the stem of his anchors in them. One front and one back.
There was a milk box on the deck with the rode in it.

For the ropes...

I use those cheap electric cord plastic wrap deals. Works good for all the ski ropes ect....

The reeled one is for the anchor rope....

Overton's appears to have an organizer, probably for under-seat storage.

I personally have some of those nifty mesh bags from the camping world that also work well.
