glove box addition

#1 Post by walter » Sun Jun 26, 2011 4:25 pm

Anyone ever added a glove box to their console? Similar to this one at West Marine, http://www.westmarine.com/webapp/wcs/st ... sNum=11380, but I don't think this one will work since my console is angled from back to front of the boat. Anyone know of anywhere else to find these?

I'd also like to add thing in the console towards the bottom that I could rest my feet in. Ever seen 1 of these?

That one is made by SSI Marine. High quality, but crazy expensive stuff. They also make the console to rest you feet... check it out here: http://www.ssicustomplastics.com/everything.htm I've purchased their products by simply calling them... I've also googled their part numbers and found some sellers as well.

Another glove box... which is not waterproof, but, nice. http://www.pontoonspecialists.com/p-106 ... e-box.aspx

Finally found a premaid glove box to my likings found it on ebay, installed today in a couple hours (took my time since I was cutting a large hole in my console and didn't feel like buying a new console).
