My laptop is on the fritz (using it right now) and have just replaced it with a new one. Setting up this forum in my Browser Favorites but cannot remember my password (yes, I know I am on the forum now but using my old laptop and it remembers my login). I have requested my password be sent several times but nothing has been sent. I would prefer to use my existing account if possible. Any help would be very much appreciated!

If you're using firefox you can recover all the passwords yourself. It's actually pretty easy to do, I imagine the other browsers also support a recovery method of some sort also.

I do not know if they send emails to new members but the two admins are on vacation. Anyway welcome to the forum.

The only email notifications that I have ever recieved from this forum were ones that were generated when a private message was sent. None of my followed threads ever sends me email notification that a new post has been added, so I just manually troll the forum day in and day out waiting for new posts/threads.

Old laptop is still working on occasion so was able to sign on this morning. Still waiting so any help would be apprecicated.

Bamby - thanks for the tip. I use IE as my browser and have moved everything over to my new laptop. Remembered all my passwords except for this site.

Lakerunner - hopefully when the mod's get back from their vacation they will be able to help me out.

P.S. I was able to get to my profile with my old laptop but to change passwords, it requires you enter your existing password.

Ok I'm I missing something, you are posting doesn't that mean your signed in ???

PM on the way and thanks for the help. In order to eliminate confusion, I am on my old flakely laptop right now and it decided to work so that is why I am able to use the forum. I want to use the forum on my new laptop and Ipad but cant seem to get the password correct (and I tried everything).
