It's amazing how differently human brains work. Some of us are up front, direct and transparent because we understand how the world works. Others have a more insidious nature and are simply trolling in order to achieve some form gratification - or a sense moral/intellectual superiority. Now I can see the reason for the post.

All that is necessary for evil to succeed is for good men to remain silent.

Liberal shares a root word with Liberty. Being Conservative in criticism of those who desire to Liberate themselves from the right-wing movements which have been in the Wrong throughout History would be both prudent and Christian.

I pay my taxes, defend the weak, and pray for our country.

Hate and hateful speech is unproductive.

Tooning is why we’re here. Let’s get on with it. A good sea-anchor (drogue style) is easily stored and very helpful in strong winds when propulsion dies.
Where in the Sam Hell does this spew fit into the topic of this thread?

Teecro, that was exactly what I was thinking when I joined this forum and began perusing Topcs and came across the politically-charged/hateful commentary around Page 3. My post was an attempt to show that hateful/political stuff contributes NOTHING to a forum about pontoon boating and that is why I ended my post with a reference returning the Topic to pontoons. (But some people are so full of hate and vitriol their small minds cannot get on down the road and leave it alone. If moderators can’t steer the discussions back onto the topic at hand then users should do so, IMO.

This thread actually has (between destructive posts) some excellent recommendations for on-board equipment. I hope things will return to that discussion.

Kind regards ...

No asshole, it means we can state what is on our minds and move on, we don't need to beat you down, till you give in!

We will listen to what you say but we don't have to agree with any of it.

This has worked for us a long time, Just like America, if you don't Love it Leave it.

Just because you were programed to be triggered by everything of common sense, is your problem, not ours !

So tell me how long was page three bothering you before you found it or better question is how long did it take you to find something to be triggered by ???

Now that we know how you feel about it, you can not be bothered again because we enlightened now !

Even if you took us more off topic

So you felt it was in best interest to restart the drivel that was 3 years dead? Dude honestly I try to stay as far away as I can from politically based insults but in my opinion all you have done here is shot yourself in the foot...

Bansil, you just gave all the liberals that sneak a peek here a heart attack. Keep up the good work my friend. And to you Mr. Foghorn, please take your posts and all of your bullshit over to the Wooden Boat Forum. They will love you over there like a brother.
