Does anyone have an experience with a using a drive on floating dock and a toon?

Also, has anyone ever tried building one out of standard dock floats?

A lot of people use them on the Wisconsin River for v-hulls and PWC but have never seen them on a toon. I would imagine though that with all the surface space contact between the pontoons and the dock it may go on easy when wet, but it would probably be a pain to get off once it's dried.
