red neck way of doing it.

2 shelf brackets from home depot. Drill mounting holes.

1 bbq propane grille from Walmart. put machine bolts on bottom to line up with holes on brackets.

Total cost ~$60.

Gone Fishing. Google'ed your boat and I could not figure out where you had the base mounted until I seen what you have.
Awesome boat buddy. I really like that thing and you had the perfect place to mount that on the back. :thumbsup :thumbsup

PS. My offshore set up was named Gone fishing. You get my vote for the name to. :)

Thanks we enjoy it. I also purchased an extra floor bracket and mounted it on the front. That let's me place the grill in the back or front depending on the wind and how we are anchored. Works great.

I have the same Kuuma grill as coldbrew. Welded up my own mount so I can have it face inward or outward.

I have a Magma round grill on my fiberglass boat. I hate using it compared to the Kuuma.

Grill just slides off the boat side of the mount and the thumbscrews allows you to take the mount off the grill to reverse it. I couldn't find a commercial mount that was as clean as this and doesn't stick up and damage my cover.

I'm working on something to hold a small Big Green Egg on the toon. It usually stays in the 5er, but I'd like to use it on the boat some. I'm not fond of any kind of propane grille.

The Egg will add quite a bit of weight to your toon. I've been thinking of getting one of these and run it off an extra battery. The legs fold up to make a carry handle. Nothing like smoking some ribs out on the sandbar to really make everyone jealous.

The small Egg is not that bad (80#'s). I take it camping all the time. I have plenty of weight capacity anyway.

Ordered a marine chair mount that can move from 22 inchs to 34 inchs last night.
I'm on a mission like woody is.
I like the infrared grills and love the one I have on the front porch.
LIttle Star board and some diamond plate, I think I can make this happen. :)
