Help with hooking up motor

I just replaced my outboard on my toon. I took the old motor back and got it on an engine mount. I'm trying to just hook it up so that I can show it to prospective buyers that there's no problem w it. The motor is a 2007 8hp Yamaha High thrust 4 stroke model T8PXR. It has remote tilt and steering etc. Problem is, I don't know how to hook it back up, I now have a motor with a few wires and plugs unattached, a control cable, and the 703 throttle control.
Take a look at pic 1. There are 3 plugs and 4 wires not attached, which is exactly what the control wire has (pic 2).
It seems to me:
A - Tilt control plug
B - starter for motor plug
C - ?
wires 1-4 I do not know.
I have more pics if needed. Any insight would be appreciated.
