JC 266 Tritoon Opinions Wanted

Hi, I'm looking for opinions on the following: "26' Tritoon (3 tubes) with diving platform and Mercruiser 175 hp i/o engine. Very low hours at 455. We spent most of the time anchored than cruising. Complete deck and carpet was replaced 3 years ago. Amenities include large diving platform with ladder access. Lots of fun for the kids!! Great boat, but my kids have out grown it. Sorry, no trailer. Need exhaust boot replaced." Owner wants $5000. It looked to be in decent shape with the seats pretty good except a couple small spots where seam coming apart. It also had a 2nd deck with ladder access. Thanks

If it runs I would think is worth $5,000. Very solid built boats. Be sure to take a test ride in it to be sure everything operates as it should.
