Helm turning yellow

I can't believe today was the 1st time I took the cover off this year. Been to damn busy!!! Anyway I noticed the helm is really starting to turn a yellowish color. Any ideas how to try to bring it back to it's original white color? I think it's from me getting lazy and not always putting the cover on. I would assume it's from too much sun. In some areas the outer layer that looks to be a clearcoat of some sort is starting to blister and come loose. I may end up just needing to repaint but just trying to get it looking better until I get time.
1 other issue. I noticed a while back the neighbor's F&^%ing cat in the toon. I found 2 spots on the seats where it took a crap. After a good cleaning in both spots it left maybe a dime sized spot where it actually ate the outer layer of vinyl. Are any of the vinyl repair kits any good? Pisses me off!!! Had the toon 5 years now and until this the seats still looked new!!!

Yep...my neighbor's been warned if her cat even looks at my 'toon, it takes a dirt nap. People shouldn't just let them run loose anyway....

i hate cats.
i'd rather not shoot 'em unless there's good reason.
if they were crapping on my toon, i'd give the neighbor one warning.
after that i guess i'd have to decide--the cat or the neighbor.

If your dog is running lose they will pick them up, but won't do crap against Cats, I use to hate it when I didn't get to clean the truck for a week or two but as soon as you do a dam cat walks all over it.
Cats disappeared in a relocation program in my yard, I think I took 10 cats from one asshole who wouldn't feed them or get them spaded so I kept my trap set and would find them a new home.
The 2 mobile home parks I used to mow for 7 years we had a big fight with 2 dumb ass women who thought it was great ideal to feed the hell out of the wild cats and more and more would show up the easy meal.
But back then I didn't know our government was doing the same thing for mexicans, not that I could have stopped that either.

Damn cats, I hate them. I have a neighbor who has one they feed and leave outside. I tried trapping because I can't shoot it, too close to other neighbors wouldn't be safe. Trapping did not work cat is too smart or too lazy to go inside the trap. Spread a few moth balls around and the cat stays away the only problem is when I work on the boat the wife knows exactly where I have been.

Yeah my neighbor across the street lets her cat run loose and leaves her back door open a crack so it can get in and out. If that's not bad enough, she's the type that doesn't take the cat to the vet and it's never had any kind of vaccinations. She'll give you the argument that cats "need" to run loose. BS.

If they won't fall for the normal trap make what I call a acme or roadrunner cartoon trap.
Get a tub or large bucket, prop up with a stick tie string to stick and something heavy to tub or bucket. Put can of tuna under and grab a few beers and wait. You can figure the rest. I then take to someone I can't stand (over 5 miles away).
Or add some rat poison to can of tuna and put it where a cat will have to climb for it.
