In my issue of PDB, vol-14,issue 1,page 73. is the ad for the Water Glide. Went to the Web site and they had some interesting info about it. Has anyone installed one, and does it do what they say it wil do? I am interested in putting one on my 24' toon.

A friend of mine has one on his pontoon and loves it. He used to post at PDB but doesn't here...

Tons of info both good and bad on PDB forum. There is a current thread up there now by limulus who is having lots of problems as of a few days ago. If installed right, and there are a ton of variables to consider, then they work great.

It is definitely a one sided forum, besides most of the people that did the majority of the posting are here now. The post that supports the forum politics or view are left unchallenged, while the post that oppose this view are deemed inappropriate or offensive.
