Additional Moveable Cup Holder

I wanted to add a cup holder which would hang over the 1-1/4" square rail, so I ended up making one. If they are already available, I couldn't find them, but I didn't look that hard, either. Still need to test it - Over and over, but it should work... Should be able to hold a coffee mug, too.
