Nicked prop. How bad does it look?

Well, brought the father in law on the boat for the first time....he had the bright idea of kicking us away from the dock into shallow gravel bottom water. I tried to kill be engine in time...but nicked the prop. I attached 2 pictures. Is this minimal damage...or prop replacement damage?
Thanks!!!

Use a file and knock the burrs off each blade and you're good to go.

I wouldnt worry about it... unless you don't like your father in law then I'd bring it up every time I see him

While I was adjusting my transducer I found some bigger nicks. I filed everything down the best I could. Here are pics of the worst nicks

That's why I run a 4 blade, when it gets that bad I figure I still have about 3 blades worth of prop left!
