Boat Ordered (Bentley & Barn over Bennington)

Decided to go with a Bentley 240 Cruise W/ 115 EFI Four stroke Mercury (spitfire 13 prop), SEAGRASS FLOOR (thanks for input), Saltwater Package (Do Not like the painted rails), Ski tow..... Galvanized dual axle trailer with 13" tires with a 36x36 Barn for storage (enclosed, 6 sky lights, 3 doors (12x12 ,10x10 and 1 entry), insulated, w/electric and lightly brushed cement floors) for $45,000 total.
If I start having issues you guys are welcome to remind me that I chose that Package over a 24' Bennington w/ 150hp, bells and whistles, dual axle galvanized trailer and saved a few grand (the package we had best quote on was right at 50K).
Build Dates were coordinated and Boat and Barn are being started on in same week. Cleared trees off Barn site yesterday. Power goes up today.
Sold 27cc w/twin 225's to finance change to pontoon boating life style. Besides it is not the same after my best ever fishing buddy (dear old dad) passed. If I want to go 5 of the gentleman that fished with me and him over the past 10 years now have boats including the 27CC I just sold.
In the end I am feeling glad I will be a member of the laid back pontoon life style.
I guess the only question left is do I build a boat ramp in my 3ac pond in front of the house for when I cant get to bigger waters. lol
