Hey Guys, just wanted to jump in and wish you all a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.... My son and D-I-L are coming up with my one and only grandson Cooper... So we're really looking forward to that.... also... ( drum roll please )... I RETIRED..... I was going to retire last June when my wife did, but I was still 7 months shy of being 62, plus momma wanted a new kitchen so I had to keep working to pay that off... but I knew I was going to retire for sure in January but thought what the hell, I don't want to go back to work after the holidays, so just give em notice now.... so after a very nice "exit" party from the company last friday I am a man of leisure ( also a man of far less income )... but, this summer instead of taking our little benny out on caddo lake maybe once a week, probably going to be 2 to 3 times a week... can't wait. again, Merry Christmas friends... oh here's a recent pic of the love of my life... love this little boy more than anything else in the world...

Merry Christmas and congrats, Roland. I have been retired for two years and am going back to work in January. Oh yeah, That's a right handsome grandson there. Love the hat.

Aren't grandkids the best.
We have a granddaughter that will be 3 yo in March and a 2nd granddaughter that is due in March.
Glad I'm retired so I can spend more time with them.
A couple of weeks ago, I taught our granddaughter what mistletoe was. Now, every time I stand under it she runs to give me a kiss.
Merry Christmas and a healthy, happy New Year to everyone.

Congratulations and Merry Christmas Roland. Enjoy your day with the family!

Two years from now I'll be sending the same message about retirement.
