Hossier trailer height

i have a 28ft harris flotebote on a Hossier low trailer how high should i be able to get it up it's new to me and i don't want to break anything

Hoosier (Spreuer mfg.) makes 2 different types of lift trailers.
On the tube-frame Classic (the one with all the pulleys) the lift range is from where the axle hits a stop at either end. It's obvious when you do.
I don't have the box-type lift frame but I'm pretty sure it's similar: when the moving part hits the stationary part--stop cranking.
