pontoon leak

i notice water dripping from the front of the pontoon not a big drip found it dripping from the welded seam at the curve of the pontoon can this be fixed without welding or do i have to have it welded

Certainly not permanently. IMO It might stay a while if its directly on the hole.
Was this leak found while on the trailer? if so, does it have a V cap over the seam. With the V cupping the seam.
A pic would help but if there is a v cap covering the seam the leak could be anywhere along the seam of the pontoon cone. No this is the seam that runs bow to stern on the bow cone.

no it doesn't have any type of cap over it it just has the weld welding the pontoon together it's about 10 inchs down on the bow of the pontoon just dripping slowly

OK I may need some help here , if its 10" down on a seam of a 24 inch log, it means there is a bunch of water in that pontoon, at least in that section. Give us a pic.........because I'm not really confident I know where your leak is.
