can any one tell me what this is on the top of my motor it seems a mouse decide to eat 2 of the wires

Maybe something to do with the choke?

Looks like the fuel enrichment valve. Would need a little better picture. My eyes are as old as I am, sorry.

that is correct, the fuel enrichment solenoid valve. splice in new wires using heat shrinkable butt connectors if there is enough wire lead coming from the solenoid.
