New Boat Garage

#1 Post by Budoff » Sat Apr 22, 2017 6:28 pm

New boat garage being built. 30 X 40 ft. with drive through for the pontoon. Plenty of room for other toys.
Just 1 mile to launch on subdivision roads so will be able to store with everything on board to launch at a moments notice.[img][/img]

That'll be a nice way of doing things for you.

Now that's the way to do it right. Smart to do the drive through with oversized doors too.

very nice.. i especially like the fact that you're setting it up where you can drive thru... that will make parking your toon super easy... I have a friend who is currently putting in a new shop at his home... it's 50 x 30... he'll be storing his 5th wheel and triton bass boat... but he's not doing a drive thru.. that's okay though, he can back that 5th wheel down a spiral staircase....

Very nice. All you need is a refrigerator and a bathroom and you're all set :-)

Looks great so far. Very nice. Something I hope to have in another few years. Build it twice a big as you think you'll need.

And an air control system, plumbed for air and a compressor, heavy electrics for compressor, welder and a big HVAC system and cable tv/satellite dish.

Updated pics as of today. Rain tomorrow so should get the siding finished Monday. Then doors and openers and final gravel next week. Electrician came to give estimate for lights etc. yesterday.

No HVAC or satellite but enough power for compressor, dehumidifiers, buffers, power saws and trickle chargers for all the toys. Never learned how to weld so not needed.

Everything complete except for garage doors, openers and electric. Doors should be here next week and electrician is working up the bid. Next I need to put a power bimini on the tritoon and going to the lake will be easy.
