Wow everybody - thanks for the input. Didn't mean to get everyone so worked up :lol3

My trailer has plenty of room and it's only a 50hp, so I'll most likely be going down the road trimmed down.

use a transom saver, previous owner trailered my pontoon and stress cracked the toons

here is my repair

Looks more like poor welds to me. Wrong material for the weld or something.
