Unknown Spots on Upholstery

Can anyone identify these spots? Boat is covered at all time when not in use. They showed up about 3 wks. ago. And no idea where they came from. Much less what they are. 303 brand which is what Forest River recommends is the only cleaner for their seats, spot cleaner and upholstery cleaner both have no effect cleaning them.
Any help greatly appreciated. If not, expensive fix, and no way to know how to prevent.
HELP! Thanks,
Jim.
I don't know if these pics will be visible. I was confused about what FAQ says about img's.

Is that on the seat portion or backrest? If seats, could it be an animal got in and did something on it. Looks more like mold from a wet condition to me though.

Thanks to all for the great responses. Now how to clean, and then prevent?

I haven't had mold issues yet, but I use Amazing by Bio kleen for stains. It has gotten out stains that many others didn't, Including 303. Also boat bling makes great products, I would think they have a mold remover. Unfortunately Iv'e also seen mold stains underneath that have never come out.

(1) One (1) tablespoon of ammonia; one-fourth (1/4) cup of water. Rinse/Dry
(2) Bio Kleen Amazing Vinyl Cleaner Medium-Soft Brush. Rinse/Dry
(or) Medium-soft brush, warm soapy (Dawn/Ivory) water. Rinse/Dry
(3) 303 Aerospace Protectant

teecro, thanks. Worried a little about ammonia, but will try. That will get the surface for now, but still have to get the material off and clean clean back side and foam.

Ammonia is recommended by the vinyl manf and is much safer than bleach as with repeated use it can rot your threads if not rinsed thoroughly...

Teecro, thanks for the shot at this. But tried your recipe to no avail. Not a budge. I did use an electric toothbrush. Medium firmness. Has a vibrating and circular motion. Maybe something stiffer and scrub parallel with the grain?
Our seats were done by Signature Seating. They were replaced in 2015 before your build, so don't know who now, or who
to approach about getting these things fixed or cleaned.
Any more ideas appreciated!
Thanks! Jim.
