The story I was told with respect to why PowerTech could make me a 15 pitch is that a couple casting had come back as 14 pitch when they were suppose to be a 13 pitch. Apparantly they will take a 13 pitch casting and can make a 12,13, and 14 pitch out of it. Since they had a couple casting come out as 14 pitch they were able to make me a 15 pitch. So now I have a 13,14, and 15 of the same WBX3 prop. I will probably sell the 13 but keep the 14 as a spare.
In the end teecro was correct about the rev limiter. I had no idea they were so "soft", lol.
